Every component and shaft offered by USSPC is 100% backed by a 2-Year warranty from the date of purchase. Customers must their purchase and provide basic proof of purchase information: Receipt #, Date, and Location of purchase.

USSPC products are manufactured and handcrafted by humans. Imperfections are possible.

The USSPC warranty is guaranteed 2-years from the original date of purchase to the end-user. Proof of purchase is necessary for all warranty claims and is the responsibility of the customer. Please keep your receipt. USSPC is responsible for shipping replacement products in the case of breakage covered by the warranty. We kindly request the customer to return the damaged product to USSPC for inspection by our quality control department.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving products. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer. Either a refund or company credit will be given once the product is received and inspected.
